Your mission
- Analysis of customer needs and goals
- Campaign planning with the customer
- Campaign structures for e-commerce and brands
- Researching and creating keywords and ad texts
- Implementing paid advertising campaigns with budget responsibility
- Evaluating and reporting on campaign results

Your profile
- You already have some professional experience in paid advertising
- You have some experience working with Google Ads (search, display, video), Facebook Business Manager, and Amazon Advertising
- You are proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- You can visualize data and have experience with Google Looker Studio
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You are eager to learn and a motivated team player
- You have high expectations of your own performance

Your mission
- Management and further development of the PPC team as well as technical support for customer projects
- Development and implementation of powerful PPC strategies using the latest technologies
- Management and optimization of cross-channel PPC campaigns
- Technical exchange with the team and support in customer communication
- Independent management and strategic control of advertising budgets
- Creation and analysis of reports, competitor and target group analyses
- Monitoring and prioritization of measures to achieve customer goals
- Derivation and implementation of targeted optimization measures to increase performance
- Proactive further development of the PPC & SEA division within the agency
Your profile
- Minimum initial management experience, e.g., as a senior manager or in a comparable role
- Confident use of Excel and data-driven analyses
- Several years of experience in PPC advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels)
- Completed degree or training in marketing, business administration, communication sciences, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and at least one other relevant advertising platform
- Business fluent German
- Basic understanding of automation (e.g., bulk processing, scripts, macros)

- Strategic project planning for our clients
