Your Apprenticeship as an Entry into Online Marketing
As a performance marketing agency, our daily work revolves around paid advertising (e.g. on Instagram, Facebook and Spotify), optimized content for search engines such as Google and platforms like Amazon and Otto. We try to generate as much data as possible, process and visualize it and use it to give our clients the best possible advice. We want to pass on knowledge in the field of online marketing, especially in advertising and search engine optimization, but also in the fields of IT and office management.
We currently offer the following apprenticeships:
- Marketing Communications Specialist
- Office Management Specialist
- IT Specialist
We have been successfully training apprentices in these areas for several years now and look forward to welcoming more great apprentices.

You are looking for an apprenticeship with varied and diverse tasks, where you can be part of the team right from the start? All of this can become a reality during your apprenticeship at 42DIGITAL as an office management specialist. Over the course of the apprenticeship, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the back office of an online marketing agency and in particular get to know our office and business processes with commercial order management and coordination, purchasing, marketing and sales, human resources and event management. You enjoy taking on responsibility, love to organize and are communicative? Then we are looking forward to getting to know you!

You are looking for an apprenticeship with varied and diverse tasks, where you can be part of the team right from the start? All of this can become a reality during your apprenticeship at 42DIGITAL as an IT specialist for application development. Over the course of the apprenticeship, you will gain a comprehensive insight into software development at an online marketing agency. You will learn about various hardware and software systems, different programming languages such as HTML & Javascript and how to deal with errors and application problems. You want to program and like to dig yourself into IT topics? Then we are looking forward to getting to know you!

Your Journey with Us
It is important to us that at the end of your training you will be an expert in your field. That’s why during the introductory interviews on site we decide together which area interests you the most and where your strengths lie. You will stay in this area for the entire apprenticeship. Of course, you will also be able to shadow other teams and work on cross-agency tasks and projects.
As an apprentice, you will be part of the team from day one and will be treated the same as colleagues in other positions – your voice is just as important.
We will give you a warm welcome on your first day and you will gradually get started. We will focus on you and your level of knowledge and promote your strengths.
At the monthly regulars’ table with all apprentices and interns, you can ask your questions, raise issues and discuss them. Our aim is for you to get on well with us and feel at home as quickly as possible.
